The concept and idea behind my piece is to focus into the depth thoughts and emotions behind the process of grief.

 

Grief can be measured in numerous phrases and concepts - especially by young adults and those who encounter certain types of grief. Tintor began the project after the death of a close relative and started as a way for her to channel her own emotion towards death.

The project focused mainly on males as a social comment to the way in which men are told to grow up and stop acting like babies. Hence the name of this project "Boys Don't Cry".
